Kyle’s passion for adventure and his intimate knowledge of the California wine country stem from his upbringing in Healdsburg. From the tranquil banks of the Russian River to the secluded backroads of the Sonoma Coast, there simply isn’t a more beautiful place to own a vacation home.
His background in luxury construction, engineering, and project management helped shape the company’s hands-on approach to property care. Prior to founding Sonoma Second Home, he served as Lead Engineering & Maintenance Manager for the Michelin-starred Farmhouse Inn, Restaurant & Spa in Forestville, spearheading a $30 million expansion and remodel project.
Today, Kyle and the Sonoma Second Home team combine years of experience with an established network of trusted local contractors and service providers. We know our clients’ homes, understand their individual needs, and make sure the details are handled, so when homeowners return to Sonoma County, they can simply enjoy being here.
Evan Erickson
Property Operations Manager
Evan was born and raised in Healdsburg. After attending Elon University in North Carolina on a baseball scholarship, he returned to Sonoma County and spent nearly a decade in the wine industry, working in hospitality, events, sales, and marketing. He became an entrepreneur, founding and operating a vertically integrated company while developing an interest in real estate. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience buying, developing, and selling properties before shifting his focus toward real estate and property management.
At Sonoma Second Home, Evan draws on his background in hospitality, client service, construction, property development, and real estate to help oversee the care of our clients’ homes. His local roots and hands-on experience give him a practical understanding of property needs and the trusted local resources available throughout Sonoma County.
Evan lives in Healdsburg with his wife and two daughters and is a licensed California real estate salesperson. Outside of work, he enjoys food, travel, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
Amanda Bower
Property Operations Coordinator
With nearly 20 years in the real estate industry, Amanda has built her career from the ground up, starting as an office assistant and eventually running real estate and mortgage companies. Along the way, she developed extensive experience coordinating projects, managing details, and keeping the many moving parts of property-related work on track.
As Property Operations Coordinator, Amanda is in her element managing multiple projects and ensuring every detail is covered. She finds helping people with their homes deeply rewarding and enjoys being a trusted resource for clients.
Born and raised in Healdsburg, Amanda’s roots run deep in the local community, and she is a proud graduate of Geyserville High School. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and giving back to the community through volunteering, serving on the Fair Board, and acting as a 4-H leader.
